Adrian Trevelyan Thomas practises in Town and Country Planning, Public Law and Judicial Review, and Compulsory Purchase and Compensation.
With his detailed knowledge and expertise of planning law, Adrian is first and foremost an advocate who has considerable experience of conducting public inquiries and hearings, including s78 appeals, Call In and Development Plan inquiries as well as Court work.
He has acted for many of the national house builders as well as local authorities and has wide experience in commercial, highway and retail schemes. He is licensed to accept instructions in Direct Access cases.
