Clare has conducted trials in both the Magistrates and Crown Court, along with the normal range of preliminary and sentencing hearings. She has experience of both prosecution and defence. Clare has particular experience of the following areas:

• Telecommunications (for Ofcom).
• Health and safety.
• Food hygiene.
• Environmental health (including breach of abatement notices, and appeals against abatement notices).
• Prosecutions relating to planning.
• Licensing offences.
• Applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
