We can deal with every sort of possession claim from 5 minute hearings before a district judge to the most complicated multi-track trials and appeals.  Members are particularly experienced in dealing with Equality Act, public law and human rights defences to possession claims.

With the government’s focus on tackling tenancy fraud we have developed a particular expertise in tackling this problem.

We regularly act in trespasser cases and particularly for land owners including in claims against gypsies, travellers and protesters.

We are also experienced in harassment and illegal eviction cases in both the civil and criminal courts where we often prosecute for local authorities.
