Hugh Flanagan

Hugh has experience dealing with sensitive sites and listed buildings. Cases include the judicial review concerning the Jolly Boatman site opposite Hampton Court Palace, a Grade I listed building, where the challenge alleged insufficient regard had been paid to preserving the setting of the palace. Hugh has also been acting in relation to attempts to preserve a Grade II listed house in the London Borough of Ealing.
