Jenny has considerable experience in a wide range of housing and homelessness issues, and has most recently given workshops on public law defences to possession proceedings and the Equality Act 2010. Jenny acted for the London Borough of Harrow with Ranjit Bhose in Lana Wilson v London Borough of Harrow [2010] EWHC 1574 (QB) concerning the termination of joint secure tenancies and the compatibility of the rule in Hammersmith v Monk with Article 8.
