Jenny conducts s.78 and enforcement appeals on behalf of both local authorities and developers.
She also advises on and conducts judicial reviews in relation to planning and planning injunctions, including committal hearings before the High Court.
Notable recent work includes:
- In 2010, Jenny successfully defended and was awarded costs at an appeal before two inspectors, concerning refusal of consent for a windfarm, acting for Uttlesford District Council. The multi-party, six week appeal raised issues relating to noise, radar, landscape/visual impact, cultural heritage, highways and ecology.
