In the field of social housing Robin has acted for a number of local authorities, predominantly in connection with their powers and duties under Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 (homelessness). He has also acted for applicants for housing assistance.
Robin was the principal contributor to the housing title in of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents, volume 18 for the 2003, 2007 and 2012 Reissues.
