Members advise and represent all those involved in the development of affordable housing – however proposed or secured, of whatever tenure, and at every stage of the development process.
They represent clients at examination, inquiry, hearings and in the courts in relation to housing proposals.
Their expertise includes:
- Promoting and resisting the development of new affordable housing whether in urban, brownfield or Greenfield locations
- Resisting testing and promoting the need for and the viability of affordable housing in both examination and appeal contexts.
- Deploying and testing viability assessments and other financial and valuation data.
