We deal with professional negligence cases involving in particular:

- counsel
- surveyors
- accountants
We deal with cases in the High Court, county courts, and before disciplinary tribunals.
Some members also have experience of sitting as legal assessors to professional bodies, and of sitting on professional tribunals.
