Ashley Underwood QC speaks at Coroners Continuation Training 2015-2016

The training has been designed to provide Coroners with an update on recent judicial developments, to increase consistency across all forms of Coroner inquest conclusions and to provide Coroners with the opportunity to improve their judicial skills.
Ashley is speaking on the use of Counsel to the inquest, dealing with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA), and other sensitive material.
Ashley has acted in a number of high profile public inquiries and regularly advises Government departments and Coroners in relation to investigations. He is qualified to train Coroners regarding the use of Counsel and to the treatment of sensitive materials.
