This seminar will provide an overview of the remedies available to social landlords when faced with incidences of housing fraud.

The session will focus particularly on allocation fraud, subletting, evidence gathering/investigation and the remedies available to recover possession of property and damages (e.g. unlawful profit orders and the tort of deceit).

The seminar is aimed at those working in and acting for local authorities and housing associations, and anticipates participants will have at least a basic knowledge of this area.
