Gerard Forlin QC, a global expert on corporate governance, today took part in a webinar organised by INSEAD entitled What can Boards do to handle the Coronavirus Pandemic?
He touched on a few areas including global legislation, working from home responsibilities and data protection.
Gerard has worked in over 65 countries and is admitted in several jurisdictions, so he is well placed to advise global organisations on many of the various legal issues eminating from this present crisis.
