Tom Cosgrove appeared on behalf of the GDC in a case concerning dishonest financial claims from the NHS by a dentist. The dentist was found to have been dishonest over a lengthy period of time and, as a result, the professional conduct committee found that his fitness to practise was impaired. He was erased from the register for a period of 5 years.
