'Minded to find letters' under the Homelessness (Review Procedures) Regulations


The practical implication of Lambeth v Johnston is that local authorities may have to devote more resources to their initial decisions (in order to avoid deficiencies or irregularities) and to their reviews (in order to send and deal with 'minded to find' letters) but having done this they can expect to receive fewer county court appeals (least of all those that succeed).
