The Judge discharged the interim relief order requiring the local authority to accommodate the family and refused permission for judicial review. He found the challenges to the s17 Children Act 1989 and community care assessments to be unarguable, as were the art.8 and art3 arguments, along with the contention that the authority had not carried out its s190 Housing Act 1996 duty. Andy acted for the local authority.
