Dr Sam Fowles will act for the Bureau of Investigative Journalists to seek to obtain disclosure of the report of the Intelligence and Security Committee into Russian interference in UK politics.
Sam joins a team led by Victoria Wakefield QC of Brick Court and including Julianne Morrison of Monkton Chambers and Malcolm Birdling of Brick Court, instructed by Rosa Curling of Leigh Day.
The Bureau has made a formal request for the release of the report on the basis that there is an overwhelming public interest in disclosure in advance of the general election scheduled for 12 December.
