Throughout 2019 and 2020 Lisa acted for a claimant in his ongoing dispute with the local authority challenging its decision to place his severely disabled children on the Child Protection Register, and failing to provide them with adequate support. Ultimately the matter was resolved pursuant to an internal case review undertaken by the local authority.
