Banning begging in injunctions and PSPOs

The European Court of Human Rights has issued a judgment which may cast doubt on the legality of Public Spaces Protection Orders and injunctions which seek to ban begging. 

In its judgment in Lăcătuş v. Switzerland (19 January 2021) the European Court of Human Rights has found that a Swiss ban on begging violated human rights.
