Complaints policy

The Bar Standards Board requires us to provide clients who may be unsatisfied with our barristers’ service with a complaint procedure.

Our aim is to provide our clients with the best possible service at all times. However, we recognise that on occasion you may find it necessary to raise a complaint. If you do, you are invited to let us know as soon as possible. It is not necessary to involve solicitors in order to make your complaint but you are free to do so should you wish.

Please click here to find out more about the Cornerstone Barristers Complaints Policy and how to make a complaint.
