Dr Christina Lienen becomes Associate Member

03 Mar 2023

After more than three years in chambers, Dr Christina Lienen is now transitioning into full-time work as an academic, taking up the role of Assistant Professor of Public Law at the British University in Dubai where she will teach UK law, international law, and regional law.

Christina’s legal practice at the Bar has focused on public law, with a focus on social care and mental health law, anti-discrimination and equality law, data protection and privacy law, and planning law. While a tenant at chambers, she was instructed by public authorities, companies/NGOs, and private clients, advising on the law and litigation, and regularly appearing in different courts.

We wish Christina well in her new role and are delighted that she will remain an Associate Member of chambers.
