Closure order powers are set to change; not only will the powers be extended to registered providers, but the latest discussions in parliament suggest that orders will now be available for up to twelve months instead of the three months currently available.With the Crime and Policing Bill due to be enacted in the Autumn, this is an essential masterclass covering everything you need to know to assist you in deciding whether to make an application and how to maximise your chances of success in court.
