Two members of the Cornerstone Climate team, Gerard Forlin KC and Lois Lane, are speaking at the Environmental Law Update: A Live Online Conference this Friday (28 February), hosted by the Legal Training Consultancy.
Gerard will deliver a session on the emerging recognition of ecocide as an international crime, while Lois will tackle environmental impact assessments in planning decisions.
