  • The Shoreham Airshow crash, involving complex aviation and event safety issues.
  • Multiple crane-related fatalities, raising crucial questions around construction site and fire safety and regulation.
  • Multiple train disaster cases, including the Hatfield, Watford, Southall and Paddington train crashes.
