- The Grenfell Tower Inquiry, one of the most significant public inquiries in UK history.
- The Shoreham Airshow crash, involving complex aviation and event safety issues.
- Multiple crane-related fatalities, raising crucial questions around construction site and fire safety and regulation.
- Multiple train disaster cases, including the Hatfield, Watford, Southall and Paddington train crashes.
- Advisory work in major international disasters, including in the aviation and shipping sectors.
