Harriet Townsend and Emmaline Lambert are both appearing in a four-week inquiry into an appeal by developer Greystoke against the refusal of South Oxfordshire District Council to grant outline planning permission for Class E development comprising a Science and Technology Park on Green Belt land outside the village of Waterstock, some of which is currently occupied by a golf course.

Emmaline acts for the Council and Harriet acts for the Waterstock Parish Meeting. The issues include the need for the development and its impact on landscape character and appearance, the green belt, biodiversity, heritage, highways and sustainable travel, golf facilities, and flood risk.
