Kuljit Bhogal KC and Peggy Etiebet will speak at the North West Legal Consortium Annual Training Event 2026 on Tuesday, 6 October at Hilton Liverpool City Centre. Bringing together legal professionals and local government colleagues from across the UK, NWLC has created an excellent conference to learn more and develop your skills.
The conference will offer valuable insights into the latest developments in local government law, as well as opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the sector and we are pleased to have been asked to be part of the conversation.
During the morning plenary, Kuljit will provide an overview of the Public Office Accountability Bill. In the afternoon, Peggy will lead a workshop on Social Care: Funding and Ordinary Residence Disputes.
