Jennifer Oscroft appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal

We are delighted to announce that Jenny Oscroft has been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

The appointment took effect from 10th November 2021. Jenny is specialist in social housing, community care and the Court of Protection, and public and administrative law.
