Nina Pindham recognised as a Women of Influence in 2025 by The Planner
Cornerstone Climate, Planning and Environment

We are delighted to announce that Nina Pindham has been recognised as a Women of Influence by The Planner.
The annual list from the Royal Town Planning Institute recognises women who have been influential in and around planning over the past 12 months, with a judging panel that includes distinguished planners from across the UK.
Nina has played a central role in two of the most significant planning and environmental cases of the past year – as counsel in the Finch Supreme Court litigation and in a separate high-profile case, where she challenged the government’s carbon budget delivery plan, securing a critical judgment that reinforces accountability under the Climate Change Act 2008.
Beyond the courtroom, she has been a trusted advisor on nutrient neutrality legislation, the Habitats Regulations, and biodiversity net gain, authoring the leading practitioner’s text on BNG helping the planning sector get to grips with a hugely complex area of law and policy.
