Cornerstone’s Tom Cosgrove KC has co-authored an article for Counsel Magazine entitled “PEBA, planning inquiries and the post Harman era”, alongside Claire Searson, Victoria Hutton and Paul Tucker KC.
The article explains how the Planning and Environment Bar Association has been working with the Planning Inspectorate to promote good conduct following Harriet Harman’s independent review into bullying, harassment and sexual harassment at the Bar.
