PSPO expert Kuljit Bhogal KC quoted in Observer article on UK abortion clinic buffer zones

Leading public law barrister Kuljit Bhogal KC, one of the UK’s foremost authorities on Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs), has been quoted in The Observer amid growing scrutiny of abortion clinic buffer zones.
The article, which revealed the increasing involvement of well-funded US groups in supporting British anti-abortion protesters, highlighted Kuljit’s expertise on the use of PSPOs. Responding to claims that such measures infringe free speech and human rights, she told the paper it was “wrong to suggest PSPOs are an infringement of human rights,” stressing that these orders “ensure public spaces can be used by everyone without fear, by placing controls on activities which are having a detrimental impact.”
About Kuljit
