Robin Green Represents Council in Inquiry on Ismaili Funeral Facility Proposal

Today an inquiry begins into proposals for a funeral ceremony building in the countryside between Farnham and Hale. The building is intended to serve the needs of the Ismaili community. The site is in an area of great landscape value and the inquiry, which is expected to conclude next year, will consider issues of design, landscape impact and need.
Robin Green is acting for Waverley Borough Council, the local planning authority. Robin regularly appears at inquiries and in the High Court on behalf of private clients and local authorities.
