Shoreham air crash: 10th preliminary hearing

Gerard Forlin QC appeared at the 10th preliminary hearing acting for the majority of the Families who lost loved ones.

Gerard made a series of submissions in Law, including certain matters emanating from the Divisional Court judgement of 4th February, please view this here. Gerard acted for several of the Families in that hearing as well.

The Inquest has now been adjourned again until later in the year. There will be another preliminary hearing in July.
