Nadia Biles Davies is the CEO of Cornerstone Barristers. She is a non-practising solicitor, previously working as a partner in legal practice. She is also a professional executive coach and holds a CIPD diploma in human resource management, further enhancing her ability to lead and inspire teams.

Nadia is a former Vice Chair of the Law Society’s Law Management Section (now the Leadership and Management Section), a position she held until completing her maximum term in 2023. She speaks widely at legal industry events on legal management including leadership, operational strategy as well as culture, health and wellbeing.
