In addition to the measures introduced by the Coronavirus Act 2020, the existing powers available to tackle anti-social behaviour can still be used.

Public Spaces Protection Orders impose controls on public spaces. The transitioned orders which existed before the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 expire in October 2020 after which date there will be no controls on anti-social behaviour in public spaces unless the local authority has made a PSPO.
In this third and last video, Kuljit explains the test that must be satisfied in order for a PSPO to be made and the related case law.
