Cornerstone Barristers is delighted to announce the appointment of Nadia Biles Davies as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Nadia joins Cornerstone from leading public law firm Sharpe Pritchard where she served as Chief Operating Officer for the last six years.

Nadia will officially begin her tenure as CEO on 24th February 2025.
About Nadia
Nadia is a non practising solicitor, previously working as a partner in legal practice. She is also a professional executive coach and holds a CIPD diploma in human resource management, further enhancing her ability to lead and inspire teams. She is a former Vice Chair of the Law Society’s Law Management Section (now the Leadership and Management Section), a position she held until completing her maximum term in 2023. She speaks widely at legal industry events on legal management including leadership, operational strategy as well as culture, health and wellbeing.
