Presenters:
Natasha Peter specialises in English and international commercial disputes in the construction, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and transport sectors. Her practice spans international and domestic arbitration, general commercial litigation, adjudication, disputes boards, mediation and pre-contentious claims management and strategy. Natasha is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is also a visiting lecturer at the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, where she teaches drafting and written advocacy skills, and regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on topics relating to international arbitration, commercial/ contract law and alternative dispute resolution.
Jackson Sirica trained at the Government Legal Department before joining Chambers. During pupillage he gained significant experience in judicial review; planning; property; and housing law. He then spent a year at the Department for Business and Trade, where he advised on numerous areas of law, including freedom of information; company law and financial transparency; insolvency law; WTO law; and international investment law. He also advised on numerous aspects of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill. Jackson also has appeared for the government in public and private law proceedings in the Upper Tribunal and Central London County Court.
