Three members of Cornerstone have been elected or co-opted onto the Planning & Environment Bar Association (PEBA) committee following the PEBA AGM this week.

The committee undertakes a range of work on behalf of members of the Bar in the field of planning and environmental work including responding to proposed reforms, liaising with the Planning inspectorate, and supporting efforts to increase diversity in planning.

Ashley Bowes remains co-opted on the committee having served for the past two years. Ben du Feu has been elected as a committee member. Tom Cosgrove QC has been elected to serve as Vice-Chair of PEBA for the next 2 years.

All look forward to working with members from other leading planning sets on the committee and with Paul Tucker QC who has been elected as the new Chair.
