Ranjit Bhose KC and Matt Hutchings KC deliver Property Transactions seminar to Trowers & Hamlins

Today, Ranjit Bhose KC and Matt Hutchings KC are delivering a seminar to Trowers & Hamlins about ‘The Interpretation of Property Transactions’.
With their combined experience in real estate litigation, social housing, public law, and commercial litigation, they’ll be sharing insights on key legal principles and practical considerations in property transactions.
Ranjit is ranked as a leading silk by Chambers and Partners for real estate litigation, social housing, and local government law, as well as by Legal 500 for property litigation, social housing law, and licensing law.
Matt has extensive experience across property, commercial, and regulatory litigation, regularly appearing before the High Court in commercial trials as well as in the appellate courts.
Instructed by Douglas Rhodes and Lindsey Whittle of Trowers & Hamlins, Matt recently succeeded in Bexley LBC v L&Q Housing Trust, which has particular relevance to today’s seminar.
We’re looking forward to a great session, with Senior Practice Manager George Regan also in attendance.
