Clare is responsible for the overall management of Cornerstone Barristers, ensuring that chambers works as efficiently and effectively as possible. She works closely with the staff team to continue to build chambers' reputation for excellence throughout its service.
Clare joined Cornerstone Barristers in 2019. She has over 14 years of senior management experience within the legal sector. Clare has an MBA from Cranfield University. She is on the executive committee of the Legal Practice Managers Association (LPMA).

Carolina joined Cornerstone Barristers in October 2017. She is responsible for managing Chambers' communications and engagement as well as individual barristers' personal profiles, focusing on profile raising and business development opportunities.
Having previously worked in government affairs, Carolina brings broader policy insight into the role, ensuring that Chambers' communications with clients and others is up to date with the latest policy developments. She has a PhD in philosophy and used to be a lecturer in jurisprudence.
