5th anniversary of the Shoreham Disaster

Tomorrow, Saturday 22 August, marks the 5th anniversary of the Shoreham Disaster and there are various memorial services due to take place to remember the victims of this tragic event.
Gerard Forlin QC is acting for 9 of the 11 families who lost loved ones in the air crash in 2015.
In this interview for the BBC and ITV, Gerard explains what is currently happening, the outstanding evidential and procedural matters, and the effect this is having on the families of the victims in relation to the inquest due to take place in 2021. There will be another preliminary hearing in December 2020.
