Alternative Dispute Resolution

Dr Christina Lienen, who qualified as a mediator in 2020, completed her training to become a volunteer community mediator at Calm Mediation. In her role, she will help to resolve conflicts between neighbours, including issues such as ASB, harassment and boundary disputes.

Christina has also recently been appointed as a Teaching Fellow at SOAS University of London, where she will teach on the undergraduate module “Alternative Dispute Resolution”, focusing on mediation, from October.

Christina is looking forward to strengthening her mediation expertise as part of her legal practice and continues to assist clients at mediations as counsel.

Christina can also be instructed as a mediator herself through chambers. Her clerking team can advise further on this.
