Does the former North Wales Hospital have a future?

BBC2 included the Grade II* listed hospital, set in the beautiful Welsh countryside just outside Denbigh, in the first Episode of the new series of Permission Impossible.
Harriet Townsend acts for the Council on the various aspects of this challenging project, and will be representing them at inquiry in April 2014 as they seek to recover from the building’s owner nearly £1m spent on urgent works to protect it over 14 months in 2011-12. The Council has served a repairs notice and has, as the programme records, recently resolved to make a compulsory purchase order of the site. The BBC’s website provides a link to the programme here.
