Three week section 78 appeal concerning large scheme of glasshouses for horticultural development promoted by Leading Counsel raising economic and tourism issues, highway considerations and impact on the countryside. Mary was instructed on behalf of a local residents group who obtained rule 6 status. We persuaded the Inspector to dismiss the appeal on highway grounds and secured a partial award of costs.
