Emmaline Lambert and Emma Dring advocate for critical highways infrastructure at Inquiry
Emmaline Lambert and Emma Dring are appearing for Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire District Councils respectively at the public inquiry to hear the called-in application made by Oxfordshire County Council for highways infrastructure (the HIF1 scheme).
The District Councils have Rule 6 status and support the proposals which they say are critical to the delivery of homes and employment in their development plans. The inquiry is scheduled to run until April.
Emmaline and Emma are instructed by Vivien Williams, and working with the talented team of Emma Baker, Emma Bowerman and Adrian Butler.
