Emmaline Lambert joins Cornerstone Barristers

Cornerstone Barristers is pleased to announce that Emmaline Lambert has joined Chambers from September 2017.

Emmaline specialises in planning, environmental, regulatory crime and public law. She is ranked as a leading junior in Planning and Health & Safety in the latest editions of the Chambers UK Bar Directory and the Legal 500 UK Bar Directory.

She is a highly experienced inquiry advocate, with her work covering section 78 appeals, enforcement appeals and CPO inquiries. She is currently instructed in relation to large housing schemes in West Berkshire, Horsham and Swale.

Her planning practice is complemented by her significant public law expertise including highways, housing, anti-social behaviour, licensing and homelessness.

Emmaline also specialises in regulatory crime for prosecuting authorities and defendants, her work covering trading standards, consumer protection, health and safety, food safety and environmental law.
