Fixed term/flexible tenancies seminar

The seminar will be aimed at lawyers who face the daunting prospect of getting to grips with the most radical shake-up of the secure tenancy regime since it was introduced in 1980.  These changes under the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (chapter 6) are expected to come into force this Autumn.

Emma Dring and Matt Lewin from the Cornerstone Housing Team, will be covering key issues including:
