Public Law Week: Consultation as a public law challenge

This webinar will focus on the principles of lawful consultation and re-consultation, and the circumstances in which public authority consultation exercises may become the subject of a public law challenge. Joe Cannon and Dean Underwood will draw on established common law principles and experience from their own practice areas – in licensing, planning and housing in particular – to provide delegates with instructive examples of good and bad consultation practice.
