Chamber’s Gerard Forlin KC chaired The Legal Training Consultancy’s Accidents at Work: A Legal Update Conference today. The virtual conference will see talks from seven specialised Solicitors and Barristers, and Gerard spoke on the important topic of Inquests in relation to recent cases.
Gerard has acted in numerous Inquests both in the UK and in other Jurisdictions and is currently acting for the majority of Families in the Shoreham Aircrash Inquest due to be heard later in the year.
