Gerard Forlin QC will be chairing and speaking at A Legal Update 2022: An Online Conference on the 30th June 2022. The conference will run from 2pm-4:30pm
There will be 5 guest speakers at the conference who will discuss a wide range of topical issues in the role of Inquests. All speakers are experts in the law and practice of Inquests. Gerard recently appeared for an interested party in the divisional Court case of West Sussex which has made some important findings including dealing with Post Statutory investigation Inquests.
The speakers will present a 25 minute session on their specific topic and discuss.
