Gerard Forlin QC speaks at Environment and Strategy breakfast seminar

On 3 February Gerard Forlin QC is speaking at a breakfast seminar on Environment and Safety hosted by Mayer Brown International LLP. Gerard will be speaking alongside Michael Hutchinson, Head of Environment & Safety at Mayer Brown.
With new sentencing guidelines coming into effect in England and Wales from February onwards, the seminar will explore the reasons for the change in sentences, how corporations can mitigate these risks, and the globalisation of regulatory enforcement.
The new guidelines could lead to massive increases in fines of the order of 10 to 15 times, or more in certain circumstances. For further information on the guidelines, click here.
