Successfully obtaining planning consent for a mixed use scheme (11,000 sqm of B class development and 200 residential units, plus A3 and D1 uses) on a greenfield site allocated for a business park in the non statutory local plan instructed by Barton Willmore.

The issues focused around the supply of land for houses and the viability of mixed use development in contrast with the Council’s aspirations for a B1 business park.
